1. If there is cellulite deposition at your thigh or at the buttocks region then the best suited exercises for that are running, jogging, and brisk walking as according to your fitness level. Also you may also do some indoor exercises like leg stretching and some stationary cycling. Cycling is a very effective way to get that cellulite off.

2. For cellulite depositions around the belly region sit ups, crunches, swimming, sports like kayaking and rowing are the best options. Abs exercises in the gym also prove to be effective for such condition.
